Terms of delivery

Delivery in Yerevan, regions of Armenia and other countries is carried out by our own shippers and special delivery companies.

Delivery time depends on the time of preparation of the selected merchandise, as well as on your location and pre-arrangement.

We ship every day from 08: 00-24:15, in special cases also on 24-hour basis (you can contact us to specify the terms).

Generally orders are accepted at least 2-6 hours before shipment (depending on the product), some products even a few days in advance.

Delayed delivery can only be caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic jams, car accidents, natural disasters, etc. In this case, the customer shall be informed of such problems and the likely time of delivery.

The Consignee is entitled to deliver the ordered goods to a third party as a result of the prior consent of the Consignee at the time the Consignee is absent from that address.

Our team is not responsible for orders that could not be handled through the fault of the customer. For example, due to providing an incorrect address or failure to respond to the consignee’s phone calls. For this reason, please fill in all required fields carefully to avoid further problems.

Delivery in Yerevan and the Regions of Armenia

Delivery is carried out by our couriers.

At the customer's request, delivery can also be arranged through GG/Yandex delivery services (our company is not responsible for the quality of delivery). In this case, the delivery cost may vary.

The minimum order amount must be 10.000 AMD.

For orders over 15.000 AMD, delivery is FREE in the following locations:

Yerevan
Ayntap
Argavand
Artashat
Gyumri
Dilijan
Masis
Vanadzor
